WIND MITIGATION CERTIFICATE

Commercial Building Inspection and Home Inspection

St. Petersburg, Florida
Serving South Pinellas County

Whether you're buying or selling a property, a professional inspection provides peace of mind as you make purchasing decisions.

Always hire an ASHI Certified Inspector!

(American Society of Home Inspectors)

Though licensing for home inspectors, in the State of Florida, has been in affect for several years now, it should be looked at as a "minimum requirement", and not an indication that an inspector is well trained or experienced.

A Certified ASHI inspector must meet several requirements, such as 250 inspections, passing the National Home Inspectors Exam at a test center and following the ASHI Standards of Practice AND Code of Ethics.

Ask to see a copy of your inspectors’ license or verify the number at the State Web site.  As licensing is the minimum, the best case scenario would be to have a licensed inspector who is also an ASHI Certified Inspector with extensive experience, who is bonded, carries E&O (errors & omissions) insurance (for your protection), general liability insurance and provides a FREE! 6-Month Limited Mechanical Warranty(Restrictions and deductible apply.)

Did you know? According to a recent study by the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Realtors, 8 out of 10 homebuyers order a home inspection as part of contract negotiations.
